I. All the products, technology and programs as well as the webpage are intellectual property. CCB is entitled to all the intellectual property of the Platform's contents and services developed by CCB, and is under the protection of laws of intellectual property such as the copyright, trademark right, patent right, business secret right and domain right. You shall not copy or mirror the servers which belong to the Platform's website or use the Platform in illegal ways. The following contents are protected by the relevant laws: Overall structure of the Platform, website design, words, images, graphs, software, audio and video documents, contents in advertisement, and other words, images, graphs, and audio and video documents CCB provides for users.
II. Some contents (including the enterprise names of members, contact persons and contact information, description of needs/services, relevant photos and videos, etc.) on this Platform are uploaded by the members, who shall be held legal accountable for the information they provide and upload. The Platform has obtained approval and consent from its members prior to the release of these contents.
III. Those software and documents whose copyright is owned by the Bank are provided for customers to download, you are only allowed to download or use them in the way that is permitted by the Bank. You shall not violate the permitted scope or copy or use them for other business purposes. You shall observe the permit agreements attached to the software when you download or use the software. It is suggested that you read and accept the terms and conditions in the permit agreement before you download, install or use the software.
IV. Reference, citation, reposting or other uses of the works on the Platform whose copyrights are owned by the Bank shall be approved by the Bank in written form. Citation or reference shall be consistent with the true meaning of the original text and marked with the source and copyright reserved by the Bank during the use. Regarding behaviors in violation of the relevant national laws and regulations, breach of the statements of the Platform and use of the contents on the Platform without the Bank's consent or without source indication, the Bank reserves the right to take legal measures and hold the relevant persons liable.
V. It is specially noted that: " Digital Railway Multimodal Transport Bill of Lading Platform" and other related words, images as well as other visible logos indicating the Platform as well as the business and products of the Platform are trademarks, logos or names owned by the Bank and are under protection of relevant laws. Any use of the trademarks, logos or names mentioned above without authorization will be held legally liable in accordance with laws. You shall not amend, copy or use in other ways the above-mentioned trademarks, logos or names without the written approval of the Bank. Any attempts to dilute or uglify the above-mentioned trademarks, logos or names are illegal. The Bank reserves the right to hold the relevant person liable.
VI. You shall not release, revise, distribute, reuse, retransfer, or use in other ways the Platform's contents for any public business purposes without definite and written consent from CCB or other copyright owners.
VII. Any institution or individual who notices the contents on the Platform may infringe its copyright shall timely issue a written right advice to us and provide the identification, ownership proof and detailed proof of infringement. We will handle the issue in accordance with laws as soon as possible upon receipt of the above-mentioned legal documents.
In case of complaint of intellectual property infringement on the Platform, the Platform will notify the relevant member, who shall submit relevant proofs to the Bank within the appeal period of three business days. If the member fails to submit the proofs within the appeal period or the proofs have been submitted in time but fail to obtain the approval of the complainant or the Platform, the Platform will deal with the matter by deleting the relevant information or taking other measures based on circumstances. Moreover, the Platform has the right to take punitive measures against the member based on the severity of the infringement.
This legal statement might be written in both Chinese and English language. In case of any discrepancy, terms and conditions are applicable to the Chinese version.
